I’m Josh McKenna, a British illustrator known for creating bold, vibrant work that explores themes of inclusivity, identity, and adventure. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with brands like Instagram, Apple, Levi’s, Facebook, and Piper-Heidsieck, as well as publications such as British Vogue, the Wall Street Journal, and Monocle Magazine.

My work spans editorial illustrations, poster designs, murals, packaging, vinyl wraps and social media graphics. Notable projects include Instagram’s Pride sticker, which became a global symbol and remained on the platform for four years, and a hand-embroidered jacket design for Bombay Sapphire’s ‘Stir Creativity’ campaign.

Now based in Los Angeles, I draw inspiration from California’s diverse landscapes and my interest in off-road adventures, bringing those influences into my work.
